  • Return requests must be made within 3–5 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or clearance events are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized, made-to-order, and gift card purchases are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
  • For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, subject to verification.
  • Original shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchange requests for size issues, defective products, or incorrect items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must provide clear images/videos along with order details for verification.
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
